Saw this the other day, just kinda stuck out. Looks like the celosia my wife plants every year just bigger. Probably 4 to 5 feet tall. Just looking for an ID, I think it looks cool whatever it is

    Tough to say 100% from this distance, but thinking this is a species of Amaranth rather than Celosia..  Neat find regardless.
