Looks very much like Mother and Daughter with the discolored (burgundy) undersides.  The striped midribs and curly leaves are a bit different but Codiaem is likely the most genetically unstable plant on earth.

Thank you very much for your valuable suggestion. But i like to clear some point, such as; this croton does not have curly leaves. Rather It's narrow, long & straight. May be some leaves are a bit curly but maximum are not. It look like 'zanzibar croton' but the colour doesn’t match. I Google for it and find a variety name 'Luna Croton' looks some kind of similar with it.
