Weather is nice, and my shaving brush tree is flowering.

I picked up two of them and a found a busy bee.

It drops a lot of flowers.  Every two days I picked up enough to overflow a five gallon bucket.

Can I use them as mulch or will it attract too much insects - bees, ants, termites?

Would be fine  tossed in w/ a compost pile.. Anything organic will attract bugs that will break down the matter as it decays.. Exception would be  ..Bees,  ..they're just there to pollinate.. And hopefully grace you w/ seedpods a plenty.
