Hi all,

Long time palm lover first time poster.

I’m looking for some rare palms or know anybody that could help guide me to the right people to sources these palms.

I live in Brisbane SE QLD Australia. 
 

Dypsis baronii 'Black Petiole' – Vakona Palm

Archontophoenix purpurea - Mount Lewis 

Dictyocaryum lamarckianum - Blue sapphire

Welcome to PalmTalk!  One good source for smaller shippable sizes is Floribunda.  Many PalmTalkers have ordered from them (including myself) with great results.  I don't know if they ship to Australia, but it is worth checking out:

This website has nearly all the palms I’m looking for. Do you know anywhere else I could find a Dictyocaryum lamarckianum?

I'm afraid that floribunda is not possible. Seeds are the only thing that can be imported into Australia without a mountain of paperwork and access to a quarantine nursery.

Good call, I didn't know that!  Then maybe buying seeds from RPS or similar might be the best bet?
