Looking for the oleander cultivar that provides the best combination of height, dense leaf growth and white flowers.

Can anybody point me to one specifically?

Hey Adam, I see it’s an old post. Sister Agnes is a tried and true white cultivar of oleander. It gets quite tall and is a gorgeous plant.  Not my photo here but is one found online at elpasodesertblooms.org. Have you found an oleander and planted it?  Would love to see.
