I found this among some Sagos it looks straight up blue in person. i seems to have some deasease going on as shown. What is this cycad? And what would a reasonable price for one be? They normally Charge 100-150 usd for Normal sagos this size here.

It looks like a Cycas Revoulta to me but not 100% sure.

If thats a normal Cycas Revoulta ( the common sago palm) $100 seems reasonable. 

Hesperia,Southern CA (High Desert area). Zone 8b

Elevation; about 3600 ft.

Looks like it has a manganese deficiency also.

That's what I was thinking.  The yellow dots are a sign of a "mild" manganese deficiency.  The bluish color looks kind of like hard water stains, it's hard to tell from the photo.

The picture does no justice, yeah it is defintly sick. The blue color is like a dark blue, it all comes from deseases and bad care?

Mine looked similar a couple of weeks ago and hadn't flushed yet this year.  I gave it some fertilizer and two days later a new flush!

That's a sago that has been overhead watered with hard water leaving mineral deposits on the leaves causing that hue.
