I was recently gifted this plant from a neighbor who told me that stem cuttings root very easily and I have not seen it in bloom.  He didn't know the name of the plant (common or scientific) and I didn't think to ask him if it bloomed for him.  Of course nearly all of the photos online have flowers and it's difficult to see the foliage.  I thought it might be a gopher plant (Euphorbia rigida) which I've seen planted outdoors at the local botanical garden but it seems a bit different.  Anyone know the correct ID?  If I've identified it correctly it is supposed to do well in dry shade.  My neighbor had his planted around the trunk of his live oak.  Thanks for the help!

If the leaves/ stems bleed latex, its def. a Euphorb..  Looks a lot like the narrow leaved form of Blue Chalk Sticks ( Senecio vitalis ) to me though..  Easy plant regardless.

Thanks Nathan - I'll check out that one also.
