Looks really cool but I’d say that the petioles are much too long for that to be a dwarf. Regardless, a variegated Areca Catechu would still be a beautiful palm. 

These are hard to find!  I found a couple regular Catchu’s a few years back.  Lost one due to import. 

Here is mine today, about 5’ tall in a 5g pot
