Hello Bibi,

I assume your cycad plant pot is placed inside that decorative container. Kindly lift the cycad out of that decorative pot and see if water is stagnating in that decorative pot.i.e I feel your plant is sitting in water. If you place your cycad plant out of that decorative pot things could improve.i.e the next new flush will be fine.also see if the primary pot drain holes are not blocked.

Another reason  could be also excessive use of chemical fertz.that could have burnt this cycad.givetime for the plant to recover.

Love,

Kris.

Well, may be its related to excessive use of chemical fertz that arrive unintentionally from my neighbor

Thank you very much!

Bibi
