Can anyone ID my new $2.50 find? Is it a Sedum of some sort??

I also bought a mealy bug infested caudex, possibly some sort of dioon, for $25. It has a new crown struggling to come up through the mealy bugs which have now been doused with Diazanon as well as a systemic. Hope it lives

Thanks

Like maybe  senecio talinoides ssp cylindricus???

It could be but I am not familiar enough with the different species or cultivars to give a positive ID.

Looks like some type of cycas. My guess without seeing any leaves would be cycas thouarsii.
