Recvd a small cutting of this , and noticed that it now has lots of stolons nearly busting out of the pot .

Yucca desmetiana name has been suggested .

It's defiantly Not a Dracaena, It would not have a bare stem at that size. Also roots grow out above ground level then bend down into the soil. Having said that I don't have a clue what it is.:greenthumb:
