Nice crop! They've got a pretty short shelf life off the tree. I'd just try biting into the largest ones and see if the fruit cracks easily and tastes good. Sometimes they'll get brown mottling on the outside, others will just remain green.

Do you have separate male and female trees? Grafted or just by chance?

SoCal and SoFla; zone varies by location.

The tree was grown from a seed. It bloomed a few times but never set fruit until this year. The fruit tastes good but not a lot meat
