Loved this plant ever since, and thought it was too tender.....I didn't want another tropical to have to protect. However, it handled some 30'sF this winter like a trooper and is now coming into full, exotic bloom. One of the most beautiful flowering plants I have ever seen and thriving in my yard.

Begonias are my thing. I've been growing and selling them for three decades, nearly two in Tampa Bay. NPR is an bhour N of St Pete, coast

Is in in a pot or ground? I love this plant and is definitely on my to get list but also always thought it needed a babysitter so waited on it.

Glad yours is doing great.

Woah. That's a cool companion plant

My first encounter with one last week left me amazed at how thick the leaves are. Reminds me of Anthurium.

For whatever reason, it did not get attached, there is nothing there.

Try again - we would all like to see it.

Here is my Medinilla magnifica, currently putting out a flush of new leaves. Hasn't flowered yet and I'm concerned that it could be myriantha even though it was labeled as magnifica.
