It's is really amazing how close Temecula is to Fallbrook and to have that big a difference in climate. My A. Attenuatas melted like budda. Does anyone know if they will recover,or do I just yank them and start over?

Matt...sometimes succulents make multiple heads or otherwise cool changes when frozen. Depends on what happens to the meristem. I'd wait til mid summer(if you need more, let me know...I've got lots)
