How fast can I expect it to grow?

Very fast.........it certainly outstrips the local Pandanus tectorius with regards to speed of growth. The other standouts I have for speed are Pandanus monetheca and my Pandanus dubius (Fat Boy) is quick also, although slowing down for winter.

I have had growth rates of 2m in 3 years, which is pretty fast for a Pandan...with prop roots too! P.monotheca is faster when provided lots of water.

I have a 6' branch that was broken off my Pandanus when I had a palm cut down today. Can I root the 6' branch or should I cut it smaller? The branch branches to a triple.
