Does anyone know if flordaqueen peach will fruit in zone 9b? thank you

It all depends on the number of chill hours you get, not really the absolute low you get every year. I'm sure some of the low chill peaches will fruit in parts of central Florida, depends where you are. I'm sure some Floridians will chime in with more details.

Corpus Christi, TX, near salt water, zone 9b/10a! Except when it isn't and everything gets nuked.

I don't know the cultivar, but my next door neighbor has two peach trees in his back yard here in Orlando that fruit prolificly most years. I'll chime back in later when I get an idea of how the (mostly) warm winter affected them. Unfortunately I won't be able to find out the cultivar name as the guy moved out and the new owner turned it into a rental.

Have you looked at the Red ceylon peach? Theyre supposed to be one of the lowest chill varieties.

Thank you for the responses. i have decided on the cultivar flordagrande which is recomended for zone 9b. Now the issue will be the carribean fruit fly. does anyone have any experience with this?
