I really want to give carpentaria acuminata a go in so cal so if anyone has any seeds for sale or if anyone in San Diego has a plant for sale please let me know.

If you are still looking for seed the local plants are setting seed now and should have some ready to go later this summer.

Steve - JD Andersen should have some big 5 gallons for $10 this month as part of their 1/2 off sale. I bought one from him years ago from that batch and it's seen 4 winters here, with temps down to 31. Spots up a little, but definitely not one of the worst during my winters that I have. It's now probably about 8 feet tall and seems pretty happy. Nothing like how they look in FL or more tropical places, but they still look good.
