Pigafetta filaris? Ficus dammaropsis? Another Silver Joey?

For once, I could actually perhaps pick up in San Diego area if anyone has small (must fit on plane) plants they are willing to part with late next week. I know it's a long shot, but no harm asking...

you might be able to find the silver Joey. Ask Jungle Music. I got one from Phil a few years ago.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll be at Jungle Music, probably early afternoon this coming Friday and will certainly ask him. My only other visit was last February and no luck then. You never know, maybe he'll have had a whole batch of silver Joeys germinate or arrive since then... I'm sure I'll find something else I "need" if it will fit in my suitcase and budget.

Saw a liner Joey at Kevin Weavers yesterday

Zone 10a at best after 2007 AND 2013, on SW facing hill, 1 1/2 miles from coast in Oceanside, CA. 30-98 degrees, and 45-80deg. about 95% of the time.

I do some experiments and learning in my garden with palms so you don't have to experience the pain! Look at my old threads to find various observations and tips!

Sounds promising, but how do I reach Kevin Weaver or is that a nursery name? Thanks for the lead!

KW Palms

I just sent him an email from his nursery's website. It looks like he's between San Diego and Claremont where we're headed on Monday. I'll hope it works out to get there! Thanks so much !!

Thanks again everyone! I got a lovely Ficus dammaropsis and had a great time visiting KW palms and Jungle Music as well and adding more palms. Photos forthcoming...
