Dypsis Sainte Lucei !!

Recommended Posts

Hello, first I want to thank this subforum for helping me find the palms I was looking for!

At the entrance of my house I have planted 2 Dypsis Sainte Lucei (sp), one on either side of the walkway, one is growing well and one has always been a little small and ratty, even when it was in a pot.

I am looking for a Dypsis Sainte Lucei that is 2-3 feet tall to replace the runt with, so I have some symmetry in size.

One that is similar in size to this one:

I recommend you check out Jeff Marcus / Floribunda Palms in Hawaii. I have ordered Saint Lucei from him and they look like a similar size as yours. He does have a $100 minimum for US orders, but that's pretty easy to do with him since he has so much good stuff!

Jungle Music has them in all sizes and they ship to Texas all the time.

Jungle Music a 5 gallon for 75, and I originally bought them from floribunda (for $6.50 btw) so there will be a size disparity. Does anyone else have these?? Roughly 5 gallon size?
