Bambusa maculata (Pring Tutal)

Bambusa multiplex ev "Albo striata"

Bambusa "New Guinea Black"

Dendrocalamopsis asper

Dendrocalamus minor var amoenus (Ghost Bamboo)

Gigantochloa atroviolacea (Java Black)

Gigantochloa atter "Pring legi"

Gigantochloa pseudoarundinacea var "Gombong Batu"

Schizostachyum jaculans

Now I have to plant them and get the irrigation onto them

Have fun.... I have most but Bambusa chungii and Bambusa multiplex ev "Albo striata". I haven't heard about Bambusa "New Guinea Black" though.... any photo of the mature one??

Do you think Schizostachyum jaculans will be a bit small for you, Bruce??

Regards, Ari :)

That's an impressive shopping list Bruce. I'm after that dwarf chungii called barbaletta.

Look forward to photos of these during growth, especially in about 12 months time.

Hey Wal,

Then I went to Woodgate for Lunch and noticed that the place with the Foxy Lady is for sale.

Most of the Bamboos in my Bundaberg garden came from Bambooland........I used to swap him Heliconias for bamboo plants, so many of the Heliconias in his gardens there originally came from my place.

From memory there are a lot of heliconias around the place, I haven't visited for a while. It's quite a special garden.
