This is growing at my parents house. My Dad says it was already head high when they moved in, in the mid 70's, so it's at least 40 years old.

I'm surprised that it's not bigger considering it's 40 yo. Do they not get that big?

John as you know, it all depends on the rootstock. The Meyer Lemon and the Mexican Lime are obviously on true Flying Dragon/True Dwarf rootstock because they are only 6 feet tall after 40 years. This Tangerine is probably on regular dwarf rootstock. It's gotten pretty tall in the past, maybe 15 feet, but heavy fruit production has sagged large branches in the past as well as the Cypress encroaching on it's spread has warranted some heavy pruning.

I wasn't sure if John was talking about the ass or the tree. Of course peoples asses in the US can get much larger than that. Not sure about tangerines. Can't believe Paul said nothing about that ass in the first shot. He's way off his game.
