Interesting. Looks like a small watermelon. My citrus are all the plain variety.

Wow! Nice tree. Really interesting. What happens when the fruit turns orange? Does it maintain any of the variegation? I have a young red navel orange tree that has a few variegated leaves, but that's all I've ever seen.

The oranges loose the stripes as they ripen and look and taste like a regular valencia orange. The tree is 15 years old and is only about 4 feet tall and 4 feet wide wiht about 10-15 oranges a year.

They must be easy to find.

I was given one by the owner of a nursery in Rio Convento, he told me thay the variegation appeared out of nowhere on a Valencia tree, he took grafts from it and made a few dozen "copies" to sell.

I`ll take a picture to post here.
