This Tree/Shrub does not have much coverage on the Internet. It appears to be native to India/SE Asia although it has an expanded presense throughout the tropics. In India, it is believed to have medicinal qualities.I will show you my little journey:

Found it:

I'm surprised your thumb isn't lying next to the fruit.

The weight of lies will bring you down / And follow you to every town / Cause nothin happens here

That doesn't happen there / So when you run make sure you run / To something and not away from

Cause lies don't need an aero plane / To chase you anywhere

Jeesh! Just got off the throne. Be advised accordingly.

Good on you bubba to try it... There is a whole different world out there when it comes to tropical fruit, most of them are beautiful and taste like no other. But sometimes, people tend to stick with what they know. I wouldn't know what my life would be like, if I never taste rambutan, durian, mangosteen, jackfruit, etc, etc. Pretty boring, I think...
