Those are some nice specimens. I love the look of Clusia.

Suprisingly our 7ft Clusia rosea was undamaged this past winter. Its growing in a fairly open location. A couple of crotons next to it froze down to the ground as did the Heliconia latispathe growing behind it. Go figure !

That is indeed surprising. They are not known to be that hardy. I have 4 that have made it through its first winter with flying colors. Now I'm a little nervous that I won't have the space when they get larger though I don't suspect they will get S. Florida large.
