Hi...

Thought I'd share this 2 pics.(Thai Golden Banana/Musa siamensis) I'd taken a couple of weeks ago amongst other palm species for my blog.

Only when I decided to upload photo to post yesterday, did I see this 'image'.

My sis freaked out when she saw the posting! To me, it's just a streak in nature plus some fertile imagination.

What's your thoughts? :D

I do some experiments and learning in my garden with palms so you don't have to experience the pain! Look at my old threads to find various observations and tips!

Hi..

This is my ori.(1600x1200)before compressed for earlier post. There were no close up shots as I didn't notice anything unusual.

Kinda just another interesting banana plant shot.

Ta.

sorry to post this 1M pic as I couldn't work the imageshack properly.

I don't see it. Looks like a typical banana trunk to me? unsure.gif

sick + moose, no worries, maybe a good thing too! ;)

just that in Malay folklore, up until now, most still believe that  spirits reside in the banana trees. :o

Oh I definitely see the face! Very cool! Its more of a half face than anything but its definitely there. Perhaps you can circle it for others to focus in on and see. I have to admit, it did kind of jump out at me, but then again, I was really studying it because of your original post.

Aloha Janie,

The face is very clear. The smile is wide and the left eye is large. He/She seems to be standing wide and tall.

I love the folklore. :) In the last picture the left eye is still visible.
