Philodendron bipinnatifidum (P. selloum) is probably the hardiest. Some others that are almost as hardy;

P. x evansii

P. xanadu

P. speciosa

P. corcovadense

P. 'Soledad'

Many philodendrons can handle the cold iwth die back in the winter. If you're willing to accept that fact or willing to move them inside during the winter, the sky's the limit.

I would get (and have!) the hybrid called Philodendron 'Evansii', which I believe is P. speciosum x selloum (or the other way around). It's roughly as hardy as P. selloum according to the Internets. I have a bunch of others but can't speak to hardiness, since I haven't seen under -2 C ever where I live.
