Nick L
I have plenty of fresh clean seed. PM me if interested. Thanks I know these are common and most will not be interested but maybe some will. 1 ________________________________________________________________________________ ___________________________________________________________________________ Nick L Nice coastal influence at 32 43'26.88"N 116 59'01.52"W elev.
Kathryn
Nick - Phoenix roebelenii was the first palm that I grew from seed. I got some from a friends house in Florida and was so excited when three of them sprouted. That led to my ordering hundreds and hundreds of seeds. The roebelenii palms are all in the ground and one is about three times the size of the others (trunk diameter about twice as big) so it must be a hybrid. I don't recall what else was planted in the yard since it was many years ago. Thanks for offering these - you might get someone else addicted now. Click Here to Join the IPS Today! I’m a late comer and wish I had developed my interest in palms years ago. I guess a busy life and raising the kids (5!) precluded the time needed to be successful. I have the time now and certainly understood the excitement when a seed-s pop bringing in new life or just witnessing the growth development from potted seedling. I also wanted to state that this interest would not be as easily fulfilled without you all here at the IPS-forums, I have never been to a site with such helpful and giving people such as here. Thank You! 1 ________________________________________________________________________________ ___________________________________________________________________________ Nick L Nice coastal influence at 32 43'26.88"N 116 59'01.52"W elev.
