Here are some we are growing or have grown. The Abutilon x hybridum only grow a few years here before dying out. They are very susceptible to nematodes and we have plenty in our sandy soil.

I tried a peach flowered sold as a house plant many years ago when I lived in VA. It eventually stopped blooming and withered away. I don't think it liked being indoors. But they are lovely.

In winter I ceep them in the cellar - dark (they have no leaves in winter) and cold (7-9° C) --- that runs :D:D:D
