My super dwarf looks just like yours.  What is the height?

Mike, looks like Musa acuminata 'Novak'.  That's the proper name for a Super Dwarf.  No fruit yet?  Mine went from a 5 gallon plant to quadrupling in size and fruit in 4 months.  It produced just shy of a leaf a week.  They love humus rich soil, lots of fert. and lots of water.

Matt- I believe 'Novak' is a dwarf of a different type of banana(Maybe a Brazilian), with the Super Dwarf version of 'Novak' being 'Little Prince'. 'Super Dwarf Cavendish' is just that, a Cavendish type. We could get Gabe to chime in here.  I'll talk to him ahnd share these pics, and then report back.

IMHO, it looks like a SDC to me.
