Those leaves are very cool. The question I have is whether it flowerrs very well? BOPs flower well in full sun, but you would probably end up losing the variegation with the full sun. No? Also, where are you located?

Ours at Leu Gardens is a variegated Strelitzia nicolai. A grower found one in his crop and gave it to us. The main stem was variegated and it grew variegated and green offshoots. The green ones were more vigorous and we kept them cut out. It now seems it has given up trying to produce all green offshoots. I would love to se a variegated Ravenala.

Here's my variegated Strelitzia reginea. I grew it from one lucky seed from a stalk of seeds that Tom Piergrossi was kind enough to give me while I was buying some things at his nursery in Vista.

Beautiful plants guys,

Here is my Strelitzia reginae Variegata (Orange flower) - I wonderful speciemen with very strong variegation. I only have this one plant and no signs of variegated pups forming... i'll just kee my fingers crossed!

I have been looking for a Vareigeated White bird of paradise like you guys poseted above - if anyone knows where I can find one or wants to trade one, I will be very grateful!!

Here is my reginae:

I have left the variegated plant grow with the regular greens as I figured it will probably grow better as a clump... The plant has just recently sent out 2 solid green leaves, so it's interesting you mention your plant doing that Eric. Do you suggest I cut the green leaves off? It would be a big bummer if it reverted on me :(

Anyhow, hope you guys enjoyed the pics:)
