April Meeting / Matt Kessler Garden Date: Sunday, April 20th, 2008

Time: 1:00 till 5:00

Location: 40 Altura Way, Greenbrae

This is the former garden of Herb Weber. Matt has built upon the splendid landscaping developed by Herb Weber. Matt has added many new palms, and the rhododendrons promise a great show of color.

Directions to the Matt Kessler garden, 40 Altura Way, Greenbrae:

Take freeway 101 northbound from San Francisco. Exit at San Anselmo, turn left beneath freeway and proceed westbound on Sir Francis Drake Blvd.

Continue on SFDB until the second stoplight. Turn right onto La Cuesta Drive.

At the first stop sign, proceed across this complex intersection onto Los Cerros Drive.

At the first stop sign, turn right onto Via Chepparo.

Turn right onto Altura Way, keep to the left at the crest of this short upgrade.

Park on Altura Way, and walk down the driveway, Matt's garden is on the right.

From 101 southbound, exit at 'Sir Francis Drake Blvd', and proceed westbound. Then follow the above directions.

There will be a potluck. We will also have an auction.

This was an incredible garden and setting when I saw it many years ago, and it sounds like its even better now. Come out and join our group tomorrow...we hope to see you there!
