Welcome to the forum. I am in the SATX area as well, but I don't have any great recommendations for you. A lot of the growers here have planted their palms from small sizes and do all of the maintenance themselves. So, we may not know much about the professionals in the area.

I hope someone is able to chime in and help you though.

En lieu of finding a pro, I recommend attaching a photo so people here can suggest a regimen.

To start, I would give it at least 10-gal of water every day. I generally don't fertilize after planting as excess NO3 can burn new roots.
