Do you think this WIndmill palm will survive?

Hello,

While we were on a short vacation something happened to my heating cable system (I will create a separate thread to discuss this) and 1 European palm burned completely, while the Windmill palm got severely burned. This happened about 3 weeks ago.

Does it look like it can survive? Can I do something to help it?

Thank you.

I think it has a fighting chance. You may want to treat the crown with hydrogen peroxide and fungicide to ward off infection.
