Lepidozamia peroffskyana seedlings transplanted

Recommended Posts

A very easy one to grow the peroffskyana. Just half bury the seeds in practically any medium you prefer and if fresh seeds are used they will germinate. Very tough and forgiving in any cultural mistakes. They take around 23 years to cone. After planting around 100 all those years ago I have watched them grow up, no trunking yet. I do get seeds from my ones in the garden. Having the native weevil that pollinates them. A beautiful Australian plant well worth growing. IMG_4732.thumb.jpeg.4edf23750fa78a0bccbb631adff36c53.jpeg
