Is this root rot?

Is this root rot? I don’t know what rotten palm roots look like but I see new growth. The miracle grow palm soil I’m using is well draining because when I dug down into the pot it was pretty dry maybe a little moist but it poured last night and it defiantly wasn’t soaked down there. I hope the closing leaflets are planting shock because I got them bare root and I hope they open up soon. They get 4 hours of direct sun and u water every 2-3 days in 3 gal containers

From the limited view I see nothing unusual. Can you take photos of the leaves as well?
