Two developments near me have one of each but not togerher and the coconut is not happy. The chamaerops are VERY happy though.  I take those plants as my clue to how a 10b palm untimately does here out of cover. It also gave me the crazy idea to have a Japanese maple next to a Bentinkia condapana and Adonidia (under canopy too)
