Date palm dried out

Havent watered enough much leaves closing do they still have a chance of survival? Another one died a while back ago. Been 70s and 80s and a few scattered days of 60s.

Those palms look okay. The oldest fronds always die at some point.
The younger fronds look green and fresh.
Date palms can talke much lower temps than 60 F.
And most of all, they are desert palms.
