Hace un montón de tiempo que no vine en el foro de PT, pero ahora si, parece que por fin  la vida vuelve a la normalidad...

Estás en Fuerteventura, ¡genial!

No estoy en Fuerteventura, sino más bien en La Palma, al otro lado del archipiélago. Tengo unas cuantas palmeras en mi finca (orientación suroeste, enteonces la más seca de la Isla Verde), ubicada a casi 500m de altitud. Por eso, no es tan tropical como Tazacorte, pero se dan muy bien unas cuantas especies : Areca catechu, Areca hutchinsoniana, Bentinckia condapana, las 3 especies de Beccariophoenix, Carpintaria acuminata, Chamaedorea woodsoniana, unas cuantas Chrysalidocarpus y Dypsis (no las voy a nombrar todas), Copernicia baileyana y fallaensis, Dictyosperma album album, conjugatum y rubtum, Hedyscepe indica, lagenicaulis y verschaffeltii, Kentiopsis oliviformis y pyriformis, Pinanga caesia, varias Pritchardias, Pseudophoenix vinifera, unas Ptychospermas (algunas sin identificar), Roystonea borinqueana y oleracea, Veitchia arecina, joannis y spiralis, Wodyetia, etc, etc.

He perdido unas cuantas cuando mude de un lado de la isla para otro... Me dio mucha pena, pero poco a poco intento reconstituir la colección...

Warmest month (August/September) average minimum temperature : 21°C (70°F) / Warmest month (August/September) average maximum temperature : 28°C (82°F)
Coldest month (February/March) average minimum temperature : 14,5°C (58°F) / Coldest month (February/March) average maximum temperature : 21°C (70°F)

Temperature of the sea : minimum of 20°C (68°F) in march, maximum of 25°C (77°F) in September/October.

Es una palmera muy bella, que se da bien aquí. Necesita algo de sombra cuando esta joven, pero es muy resistente después de unos pocos años.
