Z4Devil
This is typical German kind of cake (tradition especially in Eastern Germany, recipe by my Granny and for 20 pieces): What you need: 1 package of puff pastry 750 g curd 2 eggs 1 packet vanilla pudding powder 2 small packets vanilla sugar Normal sugar and powdered sugar What to do: Put 1. - 6. in a bowl und stir carefully until you have a soft mass. Take the puff pastry and cut it into squares (important). Fill every square with a heaped spoon of your prepared curd mass, fold the corners over and guide them into the center. Press together there and at the seams. Off into the oven. Bake them with 160 °C until the surface turns brown. Let them cool down for about half an hour, take them out and sprinkle them with powdered sugar. Good appetite! 🙂 1 Member of the ultimate Lytocaryum fan society

Z4Devil
Yes, please - feedback would be much appreciated. It is something which doesn't need much money or time and is easy to make. A good cake for coffee with family and friends. We call it quark pastries. Didn't know that the word "quark" is known in the English language, so what I meant with curd (as an alternative) is quark. 🙂 Member of the ultimate Lytocaryum fan society
