Brendan didn't mention that this species is considered the third most frost hardy, after Chamaedorea radicalis and C. microspadix.

Someone needs to buy this palm, now !  :D

Shipping larger items at retail rate has gotten prohibitively expensive with the latest price increases of both FedEx and ups. Just paid $86.12 to ship a 1x1x2 foot box by FedEx ground...

USPS still has the best rates on shipping if you can fit items into one of their flat rate packages. If not,forgetaboutit...
