Palm #1 looks like one of the other Syagrus, maybe Syagrus Amara?  Palm 2 looks like "the other bottle palm," aka Gaussia Princeps.  Palm 3 I'd hazard a guess at Foxy Lady, aka Wodyetia x Veitchia.

The Tahina looks awesome!  I think it might have some...er...frond clearance issues with the house, the cars, the sidewalk, the street, the neighbor's house...  :D

Edit: these are all guesses and definitely NOT positive IDs. :)

Number 1 looks like Syagrus Amara, Number 2 looks like a Syagrus Sancona, 3rd is Kentiopsis Oliviformis

Thank you Eric.  I guess that leaves #1 which to my untrained eyes looks like a syagrus species as well.

does anyone think palm#1 could be lytocaryum?  i dont have much experience growing these and have a small one so the fine leaflets makes me think so but how big and robust it is to me, says no.  just a thought.

thank you all for your help.  so #3, i do believe its KO.  the other two i do think one is a syagrus and the guess of Gaussia Princeps seems feasible.

Yeah I was thinking about that Gaussia guess.  The leaves are too "staggered" for Princeps.  The insertion angle on leaflets in Princeps stay much closer to a smooth "V" like a Bottle/Spindle.
