I don't know of anyone growing the green ones, but if you can't find one you could consider Borassus Aethopium or Flabellifer.  They look really similar to the green Bismarckia.

Here is a pic of three beautiful green ones near my parents house in south Florida.  I grew up in this area when I was young so I can probably tell you that the owners don't really take care of them nor know how awesome it is that they have three back to back green bismarckias.  I love admiring them whenever I get a chance to go visit ever so often.
