OC2Texaspalmlvr
Welcome to PT !!! So you have to be more specific of what cold looks like. S.Romanzoffiana is the hardiest of the bunch being able to get thru 20° F w/ freezing rain but not guaranteed. If you can get a B.Alfie with size I believe there more hardy then A.Cunninghamiana. T J Agreed. Syagrus are weeds through z9. Beccariophoenix a. is unusual but with trunk good to about -5°C. Crownshaft palms tend to be more sensitive. Don't know if they'll take frost. It should be an adult tree, right? My Beccariophoenix a. is only 2 years old. Should we wait for it to grow up and then plant it outdoors?

Wait to spring to plant it but expect to protect it when it is young. I don't think alfredii do well as long term house/potted plants. Meg Palms of Victory I shall wear Cape Coral (It's Just Paradise) Florida Zone 10A on the Isabelle Canal Elevation: 15 feetI'd like to be under the sea in an octopus' garden in the shade.
