Many different Sabal SEEDs

Recommended Posts

ok, sorry, I need to start a new thread. I can get, Sabal causiarum, domingensis, maritima, bermudana, rosei, and (I think) yapa. I’m asking for totals of each so my friend can send appropriate amounts to avoid high shipping charges for unsold seed and the work of collecting. So if u want any of the above, send an email or PM.  Beachpalms@cfl.rr.com

I also signed up for Zelle at my bank if anyone wants to try payment that way. I haven’t tried it yet.

Ship to Canada? If so, I will be interested in causiarum and bermudana. I'll PM with a total if so.

Zone 8b, Csb (Warm-summer Mediterranean climate). 1,940 annual sunshine hours
Annual lows-> 19/20: -5.0C, 20/21: -5.5C, 21/22: -8.3C, 22/23: -9.4C, 23/24: 1.1C (so far!)

I’m not sure, international shipping is very high, plus I don’t take PayPal.

Ok, well let me know if you do decide you can. I would obviously cover shipping too.  I have had seeds sent to me from other folks in the US and the shipping wasn't terrible (+ Sabal seeds are small!). My bank does international money transfers now too, something I could look into if you decide to ship to Canada.

  I have no direct experience with Zelle, but I have heard many people disparage it as being not secure.   I have used PayPal for hundreds of transactions with never a problem.  :)

Zelle is safe.  That being said, It is subject to scams, like phishing scams, but that goes for ANY payment provider.   You also need to double check with the person whom you are sending money to.

Can someone without an account/app use Zelle as a guest?

Zelle is different from PayPal, Venmo, and others in that it is directly linked to your bank account, and no money is kept in a separate "Zelle" account, like you can do with the others.  So, I use it by logging into my mobile banking app (Regions in my case).  It's just a service to transfer money from your bank or credit card account to someone else.

Yes, From what I understand, Zelle is Safe. The problem is when you send money to someone you don't know and for instance you don't receive what you bought, you Cannot get your money back like PayPal. But you know I'm gonna send the Seeds....

Should also be getting Sabal minor ‘Louisiana’ too, and possibly S. etonia.

All Sabal sp. are $3/25....$6/50.....or $10/100.  Minimum order is $6 (50 Seeds) Plus Shipping.  Hopefully, I will receive these soon so I can estimate Shipping Costs.

Checks, Money Orders, Cash or Zelle, are only forms of Payment.
