Dypsis sp. "JDA malcomberi" seedlings

Matt in SD

Recommended Posts

I have a mix of seedlings from an older (2-3 leaf) and newer (1 leaf/spike) seed batch from a palm I got many years ago from JD Andersen nursery as Dypsis malcomberi.  This is a big Dypsis, 15" across at base and about 11" across at head height.  Crown ranges from peach to orange color when leaf falls off and it lasts for several weeks.  This is a great palm. They are not easy to grow when small, and I'm not sure yet the best time to pot up individually.  So to give people the best chances I'm selling as 1/2 and 1/2 from each seed batch, minimum 10 seedlings, at $3.5 each + $15 for shipping and packing (in the US).  So $50 for 10 seedlings delivered.  I have about 80 total.  Will collect orders for a couple weeks or until they 're sold and then will break open the community pots and ship all at once.  PM if interested.

Thanks for all the orders.  These are almost certainly sold out.  I'm going to count more carefully and get a bit more info (some people didn't specify how many they wanted) and will let everyone know soon.
