it was tipping over in the store should I just repot it in the cache pot the nursery pot is currently sitting in?

Mine was never happy as a houseplant but it loves my patio. 

 

I will say this though - make sure it's planted straight lol. I reported mine crooked the first time, and now my root ball is shaped funny. I found out when I repotted it again, so it's just slanted. It's trying to regrow itself straight vertical, so it's curving. Looks cool to me though.

Ok I repotted it in a bigger pot it still alittle wobblly not tipping over but not holding itself fully straight. Is that normal?

Yeah. It'll grow into the new soil pretty quick if it's warm and well watered.
