Rare tree/shrub from mexico.  Leaves get very big, 2-3 feet long x 12-18" wide, especially if grown in some shade.  Interesting trunk/bark with nodules all over it.  One available for $50.  Local pickup only in San Diego

This plant can grow to enormous size, specimens at the SF Botanic Garden are about 20 feet tall and 15 feet wide, rather lanky, with most foliage on the distal ends of the branches.

( I had some until I came to my senses,... that it was too large for my micro-garden ! )   :D
