That citrus punch made it as well, not much growth. I’ll update that a different time. Here’s that garnet glow, hybrid of basilaris. The pads are so small! Definitely a dwarf

This is the main purpose is started working on that gravel slope above the pergola in the other post. Finally got some opuntias planted.

I dug that dwarf opuntia on the bottom left out of the yucca rostrata bed and replanted here where it’s meant to be. Surprised I got most of it in one piece.

center is opuntia strigil

bottom right opuntia Santa Rita

upper right opuntia camanchica

middle left spineless opuntia elisiana

top left opuntia macrocentra.

I still have a few more to plant. Tried to give enough space for things to spread out. I need to get more gravel and finish up towards the top/ tie in with the gravel berm up there. Most definitely get some bigger size bags of river rocks and then mix in more even bigger rocks I’ve dug up around the yard with that darker red clay color. Have more work to do, decent enough start worth sharing. Planning on filling in between cactus with smaller succulents. Should be pretty slick when it’s done and grows in. 51FD0B47-9AE4-4958-B754-356BB250ACBD.thumb.jpeg.985ba2133ab1fceef57acd1da3ea23e8.jpeg
