Licuala peltata leaf browning/yellowing

Recommended Posts

Dear All,

I’m curious if folks have an immediate reaction to what may be going on with this recently potted licuala peltata (October 1, 2021). I’m suspicious about the soil type holding too much water even though I’ve been very cautious about overwatering. I just started a humidifier and have ramped up misting since it seemed to be yellowing.

Any ideas about what might be going on? I’m posting the progression from potting to photos I took today ~6 weeks.

sincerely,

allan
