Is she a Kentia? Does she need repotting?

Hi Palm People

I've been reading posts on here for hours and basically getting confused over what to do.

I bought my palm 3 years ago from Facebook marketplace she was sold as 'palm-tree' and that's all I knew.

I think she is a Kentia but not 100% sure.

She has thrived without any interference from me. I put her on a table in the corner of the room, no direct sunlight and the room is not madly bright even in summer.

I give her leaves a wash down when she gets dusty, occasionally mist her and bought a liquid feed last year especially for palms. Which I give her fortnightly.

She threw out some mega leaves last year that made it hard to turn her in the corner so I left her.  As a result she has projected forward and seems to be trying to climb out of her pot.

She's in a non draining compost in a heavy ceramic pot. If I try to lift her now I think I'd have a prolapse!

She also seems to be they.... In that there are two distinct parts. I think probably two plants that maybe should have been separated years ago.

She put out 3 or 4 big leaves last year and there are two more on the way, one is massive! So she can't be too distressed. I just want to keep her happy and avoid hurting her.

Should I repot her? Separate her? Try and lift her up?

Any advice and guidance gratefully received folks.

She looks great to me. But yeah, those are 2 separate trees. Personally I'd be hesitant to untangle what I'm sure is a massive root ball, but I do think she's ready for a bigger pot.

Thank you! Do you think she is a Kentia?

Definitely looks like a Kentia (Howea forsteriana).
